Woman accused of slashing two people on a New York subway train has allegedly been caught on camera threatening to “cut” somebody.
Woman apparently angry over access to a subway pole lunged at her fellow riders while wielding a sharp object and threatening to cut them The unnerving clip, captured on a smartphone by a passerby, finds a woman partway through an altercation with two other passengers.
Tall and well-dressed, the woman can be heard saying: “Do you want to see what’s going to happen when I get off this train?” “I’m going to cut you. And I’m going to get away with it. “Now if you say one more word, it’s going to end very badly. Do you understand?” She then approaches the two victims and waves an object, believed to be a razor blade, in their faces, asking again: “Do you understand?”
It went down about 7 p.m. Dec. 18 on a downtown A train as it approached the Jay Street Metro-Tech station, police said.
“I’m f***ing crazy,” the suspect says. And after noticing that she is being filmed, the woman brazenly adds: “Make sure you get my good side.”“Do you want to see what happens when I get off this train?” she said. “I’m going to cut you and I’m going to get away with it.”
The culprit ordered the victim to be quiet and told him, “You can talk when I get off this train.”
But when he began conversing with another person on the train, she erupted, grabbing a sharp object from her bag and lunging toward the man.
Victim: “You have a knife!”
Attacker: “Yeah, I do.”
The victims – a 28-year-old woman and a 48-year-old man – suffered cuts to their faces and heads and exited the train at Nostrand Avenue, police said. The pair refused medical attention while their attacker ran from the scene.
The culprit is described as a black female about 30 years old standing 6 feet tall and weighing about 180 pounds, police said. She had black hair and was last seen wearing a black sheer blouse, black pants, black shoes, yellow coat and carrying a red purse.
