Michelle Bridges at 45-year-old at 8 months pregnant, believes the best gym period for a woman is to keep-fit when you are expecting; this is what she says: “If there was ever a time to be fit, it would be when you are preparing for childbirth. The best way to do it is to start training as part of your preconception plan.
